Human Resources Coordinator

Welcome to Ingram Micro Human Resources ANZ.

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and support, act and care about our most important asset, our People- our Associates!

You would be joining a collaborative team that is constantly evolving in designing, developing, and implementing a positive Employee Experience. This role will see you manage our administrative aspects of the entire Employee Lifecycle, whilst providing system support, and being a valued conduit between HR and other business functions across Ingram Micro.

You will be:

• Generating a variety of employee documents and database activities (Contracts, Onboarding, Terminations, Rewards and Recognition maintenance, HRIS and Payroll updates)
• Get involved in project work around streamlining HR process, governance, and employee engagement.
• Supporting the HR team and wider business with HR reporting.
• Coming up with ideas on how we can continue use technology and our systems to streamline HR process.

You will bring:
