About the role: “Business Intelligence Team Lead ”

The Business Intelligence (BI) team is growing rapidly and therefore we are looking for a Teamlead BI to manage the team and all the BI requests. Your focus is not limited to a single department, you are working towards synergies and solutions for the whole organization and its stakeholders.

What will you do?

• Manage Power BI data system (administration, data security, access rights, licensing),
• Manage Business Object Reporting (report creation, administration, access, data quality, and accuracy)
• Supervise and lead business analytics projects to help sales and marketing improve revenue, profitability, and efficiency (descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive data modeling using Python, Power BI)
• Collaborate with IT data infrastructure teams in ensuring analytical databases are organized, structured, and stored in an efficient and secure way.
• Building a data-driven community within the organization
• Lead data projects as per business requests
• Manage data quality, availability, and accuracy
• Lead team of BI analysts

Here is what it takes to be one of the team:

• You completed your Master’s degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Business Analytics or IT;
• You have a professional work experience of at least three to five years in Big Data Management;
• Good knowledge of Business Object, Power BI, Python, statistics, data science
• You are able to generate a comprehensive analysis of the operational numbers with Business Intelligence Tools;
• You are highly communicative and have an excellent command of the English language;
• Background with other BI tools, Machine Learning / Optimization algorithms is a plus.
