  • Key relationship management of vendors/principals and Business Unit
  • Sell and articulate traditional & digital marketing services/capabilities as an agency model to vendors/principals in a professional and persuasive manner to entice interest and marketing dollar spend
  • Engage/initiate meetings with vendors/principals
  • Relationship management and liaison between vendor/principal, business unit and outsourced suppliers
  • Initiating the conceptualization and execution of traditional & digital marketing campaigns and activities together with vendors/principals and Business Unit
  • Develop holistic/integrated nurture campaigns with vendor information resources to progress leads and opportunities and keep the qualified marketing funnel warm
  • Initiating/assisting strategic inputs to marketing initiatives/plans
  • Conducting marketing plans/activities within Ingram Micro or vendors/principals compliance guideline
  • Example: Lead generation campaigns through digital/social channels, networking events, product or partnership launches, enablement workshops, telemarketing campaigns


  • Degree / Diploma in Marketing or Business with Minimum 3 – 5 years’ relevant work experience
  • Effectively receive project requirements from vendors/principals, Business Units and translate to creative brief to designer team
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate between multiple stakeholders as a team to meet objectives or timeline set
  • Conduct post-mortem assessment after activities or events to gain experience for future projects
  • Merticulous enough to organized paperwork and liaison between respective parties
  • Example: payment request, sourcing for venues, premiums, on-boarding suppliers, internal quotations and processes
  • Digital/Social Marketing knowledge and practice is a plus point
  • Posses sourcing and negotiation skills with IT / SaaS / Cloud solution background would be an added advantage
