Upgrade your talent by:

  • Installing and configuring of computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults;
  • Solving technical and applications problems, remote or in person. Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of laptops and desktops, servers, and other local infrastructure;
  • Keeping our asset management system up to date including but not limited to hardware equipment and software licenses;
  • Tracking and renewal of software licenses using the implemented procedures;
  • Establishing good working relationship with customers and other professionals;
  • Testing and evaluating new technology. Keeping up-to-date with new device technologies;
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional organizations;
  • Proactively reducing problem tickets by analyzing data and implementing mitigating actions for common incidents. Training user community in utilization of self-service tools & best practices to reduce number of calls to Site Support;

You'll be a great fit, if you have:

  • 1+ years’ experience in Windows 10 endpoints support and troubleshooting;
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating systems;
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite of applications;
  • Ability to communicate fluently in local language of site and in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager will be considered an advantage
