Your role:

Who is the Global Project Manager?

As the Global Project Manager, you are responsible for managing new and existing processes in the marketing and accounting organizations. You implement the right processes and best practices to improve quality, productivity, and increase efficiency to drive results for associates and partners.  You formulate the strategy, design, execution, operations of business’s lead management processes, marketing databases, marketing automation, and track the performance in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses. You develop relationships within and outside Agency Ingram Micro to provide training and troubleshooting support for system/application issues.  You understand the long-term benefits of automation, and the importance of utilizing the best systems and clearly defined processes to support and grow Agency Ingram Micro.

The Global Project Manager is a problem solver and strategic thinker able to develop solutions resulting in increased productivity and profitability. You foresee improvements and take action to implement them. As a relator, you understand roles in all levels of the business culminating trusting relationships across departments. Using these skillsets, you are able to leverage people, best practices, and technology to create and continuously improve cross functional workflows. When faced with push back from impacted teams, you have the ability to explain why we are doing things the way we are, strategize on any necessary changes, and encourage adoption.

What experience, knowledge and skills does a Global Project Manager need?

  • BS in Business Administration or Marketing, MBA, or 4-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Skilled in project management and great organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills; in addition to effective listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Integrity, kindness and strong ethics
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Adept learning and researching skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills, project management experience, problem solving skills, analytical/critical thinking skills, and system mapping process documentation
  • Knowledge in Finance (understanding profit, margin, revenue, etc.)
  • Capable of defining Agency processes and their integration with various Agency systems
  • Analyze and evaluate information effectively to make decisions, identifies priorities and plans accordingly
  • Ability to work closely with business leaders leveraging people, best practices, and technology to create and continuously improve cross functional workflows
  • Work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing through people, process, technology, and data - so that marketing can achieve strategic goals, enabling digital transformation, adopting business accountability by driving revenue and growth, leading customer centricity
