We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our business.

What you'll do;-

Support the Relationship Manager in achieving the Revenue & Gross Margin targets each month, whilst proactively managing customer relationships and developing strong business relationships with Ingram Micro’s strategic business partners.

Responsible for;-

  • Relationship management. Developing meaningful business relationships and positioning and selling solutions, products, programs, and services that align with the customer’s and Ingram Micro’s key
  • In conjunction with RM, review pipeline management for all potential sales opportunities, their status, value and timing, and follow up on opportunities
  • Pro active management of callouts to customers
  • Assess customer requests and provide relevant solutions
  • Generating quotes and associated follow up
  • Ensure cross sell and up sell opportunities are maximised
  • Reporting to RM on calls made and deals to drop
  • Provide weekly forecasting reports to Inside Sales Manager
  • Gathering of market intelligence and competitive information for both IM and vendor
  • Sales support and reporting

What you'll bring;-

  • Strong Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proven Relationship Management skills
  • Ability to evaluate information effectively to make sound decisions
  • Previous exposure to Forecasting and Pipeline Management
  • Exceptional telephone skills
