*This position is in the Irvine, California corporate headquarters and has the opportunity for hybrid work with up to three days remote per week.
Your role:
Data continues to transform organizations. We are recruiting an insights leader to take rich internal and external data and generate actionable value for our resellers and vendors through our digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is an experienced data scientist and leader who can meet with business stakeholders, understand the problems they are trying to solve, then go and solve them. This position will directly manage a team of data scientists, data analysts and developers.
The Digital Insights Leader will own the roadmap, execution and results of insights generated from internal and external data sources. We expect insights to help our partners excel at their business objectives and create stickiness with our organization by helping them uncover new opportunities, be at the cusp of market trends, increase the ease of doing business and leveraging data to stay ahead of market conditions. The Insights Leader will work with business stakeholders and CX leaders about emerging priorities and stay current on analytic trends. This role is responsible for developing the roadmap, performing the data analysis, building the solution on the platform, measuring the impact, enhancing the models, and consistently adding new insights to various segments, optimizing a personalized platform experience.
