Flexible Resourcing Specialist

As the Resourcing Specialist you will……

Join the flexible resourcing team and work in a multi-faceted role primarily helping the team to qualify role requirements presented to the team and help find suitable candidates to present to the clients.  This entails placing job adverts and search available databases for suitable contractors, short list and interview for suitability, and work with the onboarding team to get the contractor in place.

The role will also entail supporting the admin team in raising contracts, logging timesheet details into the payments system and liaising with the Finance team to ensure contractor payments go through successfully.

The team you would be joining is small but work great together and we try to make the working day enjoyable to go with the hard work.  This is a great opportunity to work in the IT sector and to learn the recruitment profession from a highly skilled team, and for the experienced candidate to further hone your skills and take them to the next level.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have…

  • Experience of contractor recruitment
  • Proficient in English (Spoken and Written)
  • Conversant in Technical English
  • Business systems knowledge
  • Successful track record of having worked in a diverse team
  • Experience of Microsoft office
  • Previous experience within communication platforms
  • Customer Service
  • Working to tight deadlines
  • Administration
