Technical:Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, Exception Handling, JDBC, PL/SQL, JSP, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML 5, CSSPerformance & Tuning of J2EE applicationHighly knowledgeable about Business Process Management(BPM) application testing, profiling and debugging.Good to have Omniflow/ iBPS and Omnidocs BPM application.Understanding of enterprise application architecture and java based web applications.Hands-on Java/J2EE programming and diagnostic experienceDatabase Fundamentals & Querying Microsoft SQL Database. Knowledge of Oracle and/or SQL server, including the ability to write complex SQL queriesSkills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills including the ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve issues and system failures.Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English)Experience in incident management and problem managementStrong in analytical & troubleshooting skillsAnalyzes trends and plan preventive actions for the repetitive incidents depending on the nature of the problem.Prior experience as L3/L2 level support is a plusMust be a self-starter, motivated, innovative, capable of, providing technical solutions.Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.Others:Own lifecycle of all tickets handled by team from receipt to resolutionFollow all documented procedures related to operations responsibilitiesLooks for areas of improvement in monitoring, application stability, and speed of determining root cause
