In this role, you are reporting directly to Human Resources Director and as partner with business to drive business successful.
What you will be doing?
1.Understand the business strategy and plan and provide HR solutions to address the people issue and fulfill the business plan.
2.Work with COE team to implement annual country plan e.g. Perf mgt, Talent review, Salary review, Training/development plan, Succession Plan, DE&I, Engagement Survey, etc.
3.Know the people especially the key talents; Coach and feedback the leaders and talents on their own development plan.
4.Manage employee relations, provide solutions and suggestions to people managers.
5.Support the business on org structure optimization or business transformation projects.
6.Feedback to COE on improvement areas and initiatives that relevant to territory.
7.Lead/support other HR related projects as needed.
What you will need to succeed?
1.A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) or equivalent HR management, consulting, business, or project management experience.
2.Six to eight years of strong HR professional, progressive experience is required, at least four to five years as HRBP role in a matrix Org.
3.English both in written and spoken is must.
