Upgrade your talent by:

  • Handling e-mail communication on behalf of supported external and internal partners
  • Co-ordinating job creation, scheduling, pick up and request execution between ITAD customers, and ITAD external partners
  • Setting up customer account information in BlueIQ
  • Setting up customer log-ins for BlueIQ online customer platform
  • Reviewing and completing third party reports received from ITAD`s external partners
  • Upload and validation of logistics and services costs into BlueIQ
  • Maintaining third party and customer audit reports in BlueIQ


You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • +1 year experience in Customer Support/ BPO sector
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate with several levels of associates internally and externally is an accurate and professional matter
  • Positive attitudes and behavior
  • Аdaptability
  • Good knowledge of general computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Reporting and data gathering experience is an asset
