Within Ingram Micro’s Inside Sales team, this exciting opportunity is ready and waiting for the perfect candidate – a reliable, focused and innovative team member.

Based on Auckland’s North Shore and reporting to the Order Management Manager, you will focus on ensuring the database of active orders is accurate and up to date and be a key point of contact for customer, reseller, and end users. Utilising your customer service experience, keen eye for detail and numerical ability, you will meet key business objectives and outcomes.

About the role:

  • Responsible for accurate and complete complex Order Processing
  • Develop process and vendor knowledge across various brands
  • ETA Management
  • Billing Management for direct shipped orders
  • Liaising with internal and external customers

About You:

  • An exceptional customer service approach
  • Some level of SAP experience is desirable
  • Ability to converse and build rapport with all levels of customers
  • A proficient ability to communicate in all forms
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability
  • Computer Skills and experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A willingness to learn and a desire to advance your IT knowledge
