We are hiring an Operations Supervisor (within our Distribution Warehouse Facility)

This role is based in our 500,000 Sq Ft. distribution centre located at Brittania & Hurontario.

Hours of work will be our Afternoon Shift coupled with flexibility for peak times and peak seasons.  There will be a shift premium offering as part of our compensation plan.


The Operations Supervisor will lead a team of associates within a department or process area of the Operations Center. They will lead a team and be in-charge of the shift who would be responsible for 
picking, shipping and receiving and the nightly the targets for the shift

This opportunity will focus on all functions of the distribution chain: receiving, picking, LTL along with full case.

Directs and prioritizes workflow and maintains manpower to meet order volume and capacity requirements. Ensures individual and team production goals are met, maintains reports, and provides analysis of performance. Provides support and coaching of associates as they advance in Path To Success. 

Ensures frequent communication with team by conducting daily huddles. Maintains reports and completes assigned projects in a timely manner. 

Ensuring that we a upholding all associates to Ingram Micro's Health & Safety standards


Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university


3 to 5 years of shift supervisor experience is a requirement

Experience 3PL distribution facility is an important requirement.

Forklift License or experience with Reach, Order Selector, Double Walkie would all be an assets

Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) is preferred. 

Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and crouch. 
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
