For our site near Wroclaw (Pietrzykowice - Kąty Wrocławskie area) we are looking for candidates for the position of: 

Service support specialist

Main tasks of the position will include:

         comprehensive handling of RMA orders (modern service request system)

  • and ongoing contact with customers

         supervision and administration of parts (including those entrusted by the customer)

         co-creating the schedule for the implementation of individual orders together with the area leader

         ongoing cooperation with the repair area and monitoring the flow of orders

         cooperation with other departments in the company

         reporting

 

Our requirements:

         experience in working with the client (earlier handling of service orders will be an advantage)

         ability to make quick decisions and very good organization of work

         English at a level that enables efficient communication

         ability to work in a team

         willingness to learn and be proactive

         knowledge of the SAP system is appreciated
