*This position is in the Irvine, California corporate headquarters and has the opportunity for hybrid work with up to two days remote per week.
Exciting compensation opportunity in a global company for the right person to join a high performing team to address compensation challenges. You will utilize ingenuity and creativity to partner with management to develop compensation programs and consult with management and HR partners to champion and drive competitive pay practices and programs that support business initiatives. The Global Compensation Consultant will be part of a dynamic Compensation Center of Excellence. Ingram Micro has different annual base pay ranges for each work location and salary grade within the United States. This practice allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets.
