About the Job
An exciting opportunity has opened up for an HR Coordinator to become a permanent member of our HR team. Reporting into the HR Director, you will be pivotal in supporting the needs of HR, Recruitment and Payroll teams.

What you can expect to be getting up to as a HR Coordinator;

  • Assist the HR, Recruitment and Payroll teams utilising the HR system for effective recruitment, on-boarding, payroll administration activities, and ensuring alignment with HR policies and procedures.
  • Execution of the employee life cycle process, including preparing offers, collating payroll information, issuing contracts, formal letters and leaver processes.
  • Responding to enquiries and act as first line support for all HR queries.
  • Support HR team with implementation of projects.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties.

In order to set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience;

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Previous experience working within a HR environment
  • Customer Obsessed: Inherently understands customer needs and provides the best customer experience.
  • Team Collaborator: Work across internal and external teams of all levels to proactively support the customer
  • Time Management: Prioritise own and others' times as appropriate, calm under pressure
  • Results Driven: Interest in driving customer to their outcomes.
  • Effective Communicator: Delivers complex information in a confident and convincing man-ner, appropriate to a diverse audience.
  • Quality: attention to detail is a must to ensure queries are understood & resolved in a timely manner
