JOB DETAILS

  1. SUMMARY (Summarize what the basic job function)

Supporting the Collections from Channel Partners with Key Activities performed thro High Radius Portal for Regions/branches

  1. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (List the major responsibilities of the job)

 

  • Hi Radius Portal

 

  • Taking Required action in High Radius (HR) portal as per Strategy adopted for Each Customer to ensure timely Collections
  • Initiate correspondence to Customer to obtain date of Commitment to make payment
  • Schedule Auto Trigger to Customer if payment not received beyond committed date.

Collection Actions

  • Initiate reminder mailers to Customer in the form of Dunning Letter and provide Account Statement as per customer requirement
  • Manage Internal & External escalation regarding Customer disputes and ensure resolution thru Immediate reporting Manager (RM)

 

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE in Hi Radius Portal

  • Create Customer contacts (Name, Email Id & Phone Number) directly in HighRadius for New Customers
  • Use the In-App call feature and Email Template for AI to capture Key-Word and suggest suitable action.
  • Timely mapping of Parent-Child linking in HighRadius

 

 

  1. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  1. FORMAL EDUCATION:
    (Eg: degrees, courses of study, certification)

M.Com., MBA (preferable)

  1. WORK EXPERIENCE: 
    (Eg: Minimum amount of directly related work experience.)

3-5 years’ experience in Collections

  1. ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

Knowledge on advanced MS Excel functions

Fluent English Speaking and Regional Languages of respective regions preferable
