You will……

As Operations Team Leader you’ll be leading a vastly experienced and results driven team, as well as planning, co-ordinating and monitoring operational performance which has a direct impact on OPEX.

Leading a team with an embedded LEAN culture – this is a role where you will develop / enhance processes and people through an established continuous improvement skills structure to enable the site to provide best in class / world class service to the business and our customers

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have…

•                      Proven experience of delivering high quality delivery and service-focused work in a high-volume Distribution Centre

•                      Leading and managing teams of people - previous experience in a leadership position across several areas will be advantageous

•                      Excellent knowledge of material control and Supply Chain Processes.

•                      Health & safety experience is essential IOSH accreditation is beneficial

•                      Excellent understanding of ERP / WMS systems (e.g., SAP / Impulse / IMFirst)
