About the Job and Team:

Our HR team is a crucial part of this success and as the business continues to grow, we need to ensure we can support our people effectively. To support this vision, we now have an opportunity in the team for a Human Resources Business Partner specialising in Learning and Development.

This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified candidate to take the HR Business Partnering capability in the UK to the next phase of its evolution.  Partnering with a number of directors and their direct reports across 2 different sites, the role is based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. This is a 360-degree HR role and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

In order to set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience;

  • Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills
  • Working knowledge of employment law, employee relations and day-to-day HR activities
  • Ability to deal with conflicting demands and prioritise accordingly
  • Excellent knowledge of excel and working with data
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, professional and flexible attitude to work
  • Driven and passionate about all things HR and best practice
  • Ability to work self-directed without supervision whilst being able to manage upwards and keep the team informed where necessary
  • In conjunction with other HR business partners, ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.
  • Experience of managing staff appraisal process including salary benchmarking
  • Negotiation skills
