To achieve our ambitious goals, we need talented people to join our go-to-market Sales   Presales, Sales and Business Development) and Marketing teams. Our business is focused on resellers in the Business-to-Business space (B2B).

 In this job of Business  Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer and workload adds with partners in indirect ecosystems (frequency & yield focus).

What will you do?

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and partner’s satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners, and customers.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Response time for any request/complain is 1 working day.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs.

 Which Talent do you bring?

  • Preferred, degree in a related field.
  • Required fluency in English.
  • Preferred fluency in Arabic.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 6 months preferred.
  • Minimum 1 yr in marketing or business development role.
  • Experience with Microsoft CSP products in sales or support
