We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist, who will combine their exceptional administration and customer service skills to focus on our Software Licensing business. 

The position serves as a central point of contact for internal and external customers, along with the vendor from when the order has been received and managing post sales inquiries.

What you’ll Do

Order Processing:

Review and accurately process all orders received, ensuring customer provided information has been followed. Verify the orders pricing and validity with vendor rules & limitations considered, ensuring orders aren’t rejected.

Prepare the vendor agreement when needed for specific vendor.

Customer Service:

Serve as the central point of contact between the vendor, internal and external customers. Assist with customer inquiries from the time order has been received to when it gets booked as well as post sales services. Help with simple software quotations as required by the business.
