Description
Responsibilities
- -Pre-sales support to help sales to clear technical issues to close deals
- Propose solutions to address customers’ pain points
- Sell against competition
- Assist in developing RFP responses
- Solution demo, Proof of concept, Documentation & Guide Partners on the Same
- Problem escalation and follow-up to resolution
- Enable, Manage and support partners for Continuous Business Engagement
- Training – both product updates and certification training
- Strong written and oral communication skills, Solution proposal & presentation and selling skills: probing, supporting, closing, and overcome customer indifference
- Recognizing customer business problems and driving / influencing resources to address opportunities
- Knowledge of solution and value-based selling techniques
- Up to 50% of travel depending on corporate guidelines
- Travelling may be required to cover West and East India regions.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Good Understanding & Experience of Cisco network solutions with sound knowledge on Cisco wireless , Security and Meraki portolio
- Understanding of Cisco NAC and NMS solution
- Should have either of the certifications CCNA R&S, Wireless, Security, Cisco Firejumper etc.
- Should have knowledge of Wireless sitesurvey using Industry standard tools like Ekahau, Airmagnet etc.
