Are you looking for a new challenge and want to work in an ever-evolving market leader? We are seeking a driven and engaging National Account Manager – Retail to continue our growth!

 
What you’ll do

As the National Account Manager – Retail you will be responsible for the maintenance and growth of the Customer base in the Retail channel within an allocated territory and in line with the company and vendor revenue & gross profit budget objectives. 

Your role will include but not limited to:

  • Achievement of monthly Vendor sales targets and Margin targets in an allocated territory
  • Pro-actively work with the customer to achieve their goals and Ingram Micro goals.
  • Educate store representatives on product and stock mix.
  • Responsible for enabling the relationships between Vendors, Ingram Micro and Retailers to drive solutions and meet budgets.
  • Provide monthly reporting to Regional Sales Manager on all achievements against goals set, success, issues and competitor activity by vendor.
  • Responsibility for the Return Management process – ensure all store return arrangements are in line with the Ingram Micro Company policy.
  • Ensure Stock minimum and maximum procedure is followed on store shelves.
  • Conduct gap analysis – ensure all gaps and opportunities are explored and closed, in line with direction from vendors.
  • Ensure all lines advertised are in stores and arranged on the shelf.
  • Conduct Solution Selling – Maintaining reasonable product knowledge to facilitate solution sales outcomes.

 
What you’ll bring

We are seeking a highly driven and National Account Manager to join our ever-growing award-winning team.  

To be successful you will ideally have:

  • Exposure to and experience in computer hardware, software & networking products.
  • Delivery of sales targets.
  • Territory management experience.
  • Solution selling experience - essential.
  • Proven B2B relationship management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
