Your place in our IM community

As a Warehouse Shift Lead, you'll be part of our Inbound and Outbound teams. You'll be joining forces with another Shift Lead Inbound and two Shift Leads Outbound. Together with these teams, you'll be responsible for the daily operations in our warehouse. You'll work directly under the supervision of the Operations Manager, Bertina Pardo Vos Appel. In this role, you'll closely collaborate with the operations support and transport departments.

As a Warehouse Shift Lead, you'll collaborate with your colleagues to oversee the team coordinators who keep the daily operations running smoothly. You'll have an overview of the entire process and, alongside your team, ensure that all orders are shipped on time. You'll manage and lead a team of approximately 30 to 40 employees.

• Being operationally accountable for the accurate and timely processing of all purchase/sales orders.
• Maintaining an overview of the entire Inbound and Outbound process.
• Receiving all orders through a team of logistics employees.
• Picking and verifying all orders through a team of logistics employees.
• Devising solutions in ad hoc situations.
• Monitoring progress and execution quality, bringing out the best in your team.
• Driving KPIs (booking/stock and pick performance).
• Training and coaching team members.
• Conducting performance evaluations.

Your expertise shows.

• A bachelor’s degree level of education or equivalent.
• Three years of relevant work experience in a leadership role is a mandatory requirement.
• Available on a full-time basis of 40 hours (06:30 AM - 3:00 PM and 09:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Willing to occasionally work in shifts.
• Lean Yellow or Green Belt certification is advantageous.
• Knowledge of and/or affinity with logistics and in the IT Industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong command of Dutch and English language.
