About the Role:

We have a great opportunity for an HR Business Partner or to join our talented, busy,  HR team who are fun but focused, as they help support our business, continue to make the above a reality and push for continued growth and development.

As HRBP, you will provide full HR support, primarily to our Technology Solutions business and support functions, while working closely with and supporting our Senior HR Business Partner and the Australian team, across all business partnering areas for the Australian business when needed. As part of the ANZ HR Team, this role will also work very closely with our wider HR team who are based in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures across the full employee Lifecyle.
  • Delivery of HR programs as required, to address specific business issues in consultation with relevant business leaders.
  • Work to support our wider ANZ HR team to ensure delivery of activities related to our HR plan.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A formal tertiary qualification in HR or business-related discipline is desirable but not essential.
  • 2+ years’ experience in an HRBP role, ideally in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with employment relations matters, including leading formal processes and involvement in mediations with union presence.
