What You’ll Do

As Solutions Architect - "Major Cybersecurity Vendor": You will provide an exceptional level of commitment to customer service and supplying customers with quality industry solutions.

• Manages pre-sale and/or post-sale technical support activities
• Assessment of how company products meet customer needs
• Preparation of product specifications for development and installation of customized applications/solutions
• Establishes and maintains lines of communication with design engineering on issues such as considerations for product reliability
• Works with marketing and product managers to define new products and may provide insight from the field back to these groups
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function

What You’ll Bring

• Knowledge IT industry and channel related to technologies is important (Cyber security products)
• Extensive cyber security & technical product line knowledge
• Proven experience in providing solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters
• Relevant professional level industry certifications
• Seasoned professional individual contributor
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to coach and review the work of junior professionals
• Skills to influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures
• Confidently deliver technical training and enablement to partners
