Our Account Manager with German:

  • Is responsible for the day-to-day account support, telephone and email exchange, with international/global Dell account
  • Supplies product and price information, making offers and ensure follow up of orders
  • Coordinates requirements between Dell and local country entities for support of pre and post sales requirements and ensure adherence to SLA
  • Acts as first point of contact for a European key account customer on questions related to orders, pricing and product availability
  • Manages all calls in a professional, timely and appropriate manner
  • Addresses customer inquiries related to open orders (ETAs, order status updates, product information, pricing, etc)
  • Researches and provides quoting information by utilizing such tools as Excel and CRM
  • Submits, tracks, and escalates bids/quotes from customers
  • Enters orders into system pursuant to individual order characteristic requirements
  • Performs ongoing maintenance of Customer Profiles for assigned customer base

You are:
 
• Pro-active and open-minded person with colorful mind!
• Thinking outside the box to drive positive improvement


And you also have: 

  • Strong knowledge in English and German; both written and verbal at B2/C1 level
  • Commercial knowledge and/or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of customer facing experience
  • Advanced professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care
  • Previous knowledge of working through the Sales Cycle in a similar organization is strongly recommended
  • Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge
  • Knowledge of key functionalities of ERP systems is an asset

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Good interpersonal skills
