Role Title: Assistant Product Manager

Role Intro :

This role is integral in ensuring that the Vendor partnership is managed successfully for Ingram Micro and that orders are processed promptly and accurately.

In this role, you will own the order processing of the JBL/Harman Kardon brand.  This entails meeting sales objectives through coordinating and processing detailed purchase orders. Providing sales support as well as assistance in managing relationships with key contacts within the vendor

You will be supporting the Product Manager with their product portfolio. The day-to-day responsibilities will cover all facets of Assistant Product Management, including account administration, customer support functions, managing SLAs for both internal and external parties, maintaining pricing, assisting with stocking orders, stock forecasting, product listings, inventory management, logistics and more.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Minimum 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Purchasing and Procurement background is desirable
• Knowledge around the SAP system
• Proven negotiation and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that build credible internal and external working relationships
• Good organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
