Solutions Support Specialist (IOT)
In 2020, Ingram Micro incubated a new division within its organisation focused on emerging and disruptive technologies, with a vision of enabling the delivery of transformational IOT through channel partners. The department currently has three primary areas of focus: the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Having built the foundations of this new business unit and gained initial traction, Ingram Micro is now looking to recruit an IoT Solutions Support Specialist to assist the IoT team with various technical tasks through all the stages of a project lifecycle. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to further enhance their technical, organisational, and interpersonal skills while working within a start-up-like environment.
About the Job
You will be joining the technical solutioning team at Ingram Micro. The team comprises of a mixture of technical and business development members. The Solutions Support Specialist will support the IoT team with various pre-sales, project delivery, and post-sales activities.
