This position is in the Irvine, California corporate headquarters and has the opportunity for hybrid work with up to three days remote per week.
We are seeking a Sr. Manager to lead a team of talented Project Managers and a portfolio of programs to help us drive our Security strategy to 50+ countries. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player for a World leader with a focus on improving customer experience, enabling business growth, and delivering operational excellence with a strong Security focus.
Your role:
The Sr. Manager, Program Management will be establishing and executing all aspects of the program management function for the global, large scale, complex Information Security team. This includes a portfolio of medium-large sized projects that are delivered across the Ingram global landscape. The Sr. Manager will effectively lead a team of Project Managers to deliver solutions that involve a combination of the following attributes: large scale program investments, multiple project teams, multiple technology disciplines, global or multiple region geographic delivery, geographically disbursed delivery teams, and/or the highest-level technical complexity. The program management function includes, but is not limited to: Program Leadership, Planning & Administration, Execution Integration, and Financial Management. This position must have a mastery of both program and project management methods and proven prior experience working on a variety of IT/Security projects to succeed within the high paced environment of Ingram Micro. A program is defined as a solution delivery team that is made up of multiple project teams all focused on delivering a single solution whose scope is large.

The typical base pay range for this role in Irvine, California is USD low $116,600.00 – mid $157,400.00 – max $198,200.00 USD max per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay in Irvine, California; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
