The Compliance Manager supports the EMEA and the Global Compliance Teams in the implementation, maintenance and management of the Ingram Micro Ethics and Compliance Program in EMEA. This includes various risk preventive activities (like risk assessments, policy design, due diligence of deals and partners, trainings), advice to the business teams, advocacy in front of regulators and other stakeholders, as well issue handling and resolution when necessary. The role reports to the Regional Compliance Manager for EMEA.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- University degree in Law;
- Excellent communication skills. English (B2-C1);
- Experience with risk identification and monitoring processes;
- International regulatory frameworks, for example Anti-briery, Export Compliance, AML & CFT, Professional ethics with focus on the US and EU regimes;
- Experience in investigations, resolution of compliance issues or audits;
- Experience in delivering trainings and written/spoken communication;
- Good provable project management;
- Good literacy in information technology – office applications, internet, specialized compliance tools;
- Value-based behaviour and strong sense of integrity;
- Openness to experience and global mindset.
- Conscientious and result-oriented person;
- Strong team player, still able to exercise independent judgement;
- Ability to travel frequently;
- Internationally recognised compliance certification (would be considered as a great advantage);
- Experience in IT or distribution business (would be a plus).
