What you will be doing?

•Prepare bank JV as per IM's accounting policy and statutory requirements
Coordinate with Cashiers & credit team to check bank movement and AR collection

•Prepare bank reconciliation during monthly closing per schedule
Coordinate with other finance team to make sure bank transaction bookings are correct

•Prepare daily inventory roll forward and AP unvouchered report check
Extract different Impulse reports and cross check the data accuracy

•Run depreciation for FA and prepare the appropriate journal entries monthly as required
Coordinate with other department to review EIP application and monitor ERP system run the report

What you will need to succeed?

• Accounting or Finance related degree holder
• At least 3 years working experience of Accountant is necessary
• Ability to handle tight deadlines
• Knowledge of computerized accounting system and desktop software such as Excel and Words
• Communication skills both in English and Mandarin
