we are looking for a Business Development Manager in Physical Security/NIT who will increase market share and visibility for the assigned product, train, guide and support sales team in order to achieve vendor’s and company sales targets (GP & revenue). 

What will you do?

  • Planning, strategizing and executing them along with the PMs assigned for the product   
  • Research and study of Ingram Micro's position/market share per region / channel segment and share inputs to the PMs 
  • Support the execution of Marketing Plan, working closely with marketing team for implementation and for measuring each event success rate.  
  • Suggest Reseller Programs for different Channel Segments to insure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right Reseller Segments for the assigned business
  • Generate sales pipeline and ensuring closures through negotiations and value propositions  
  • Development of close relations with the vendor, channel at every level.

Which Talent do you bring?

  • You are a graduate with 5-7 years of CCTV and Physical Security experience 
  • You must have excellent knowledge of vendor products, solutions, channel for Physical Security business. 
  • Insights to Qatar partners for Physical Security and its technologies and channels
  • You have time management, decision making and planning skills.
  • You have experience in Physical Security channel distribution, SIs or vendors will be an added advantage.
  • You have clear and convincing negotiation and execution skill to grow together
  • A team player to work closely with various stake holders such as credit, marketing, pre-sales, logistics etc
