What You’ll Do:
We are currently looking to appoint a highly motivated and driven Post-sales remote technical support to customers via phone, e-mail, and web for Palo Alto and their full suite of products and solutions.
Handling Security tickets via email, chat and phone to ensure speedy closure of partner requests.
What You’ll Bring
To be successful you will ideally have required knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI models.
Certifications (not required, but a plus):
CCNA R&S
CCNA Security
PCNSA
