This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire, Hourly position with starting pay $16.0 includes opportunity for Overtime + BONUS. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9am-5:30pm

Your role:

  • Process inbound Returns
  • Routing point of sale equipment to the vendor

What you bring to the role:

  • Above average attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to use Microsoft Outlook

Requirements:

  • High School diploma, (GED), or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Must be in current position at least six (6) months 
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and crouch for 8 hours a day. 
  • Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to maintain house cleaning best practices.
  • Free of disciplinary action in the last 6 months; less than 5 attendance points preferred
  • Must be able to work overtime and be flexible on start times.

Must be a US Citizen or legal to work in the US without sponsorship. H1B Sponsorship is not available at this time for this position.

The typical base pay range for this role in O'Fallon, Missouri is USD $26,200 - $32,800 - $39,300 per year.
 

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
