Your role:

Performs a variety of HR activities. Partners with, and builds strong relationships with, leaders and key decision makers in relevant functions/divisions to optimize business success through HR initiatives.

  • Takes a holistic approach to analyze HR issues, resolve problems and propose solutions.
  • May investigate, mediate, and resolve employee and labor relations issues.
  • May provide coaching and counsel to business leaders, managers and employees.
  • Brings best practice and external perspectives to strategic and operational business discussions and people management decision-making.
  • Applies general understanding of all areas of human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, HRIS, equal opportunity and diversity, data analysis, etc.
  • Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends.
  • Develops, implements and ensures the ongoing effectiveness of all internal processes and systems; develops and executes an efficient infrastructure that can deliver HR services consistently, responsively and cost effectively.
  • Ensures efficiency and accuracy of HR processes and transactions.
What you bring to the role:
  • Proficiency in written and spoken communication in English and Hindi preferred
  • Available Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm; flexibility in schedule to shift start time with advanced notice
  • Two year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 year experience in functional area or High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years functional experience
  • Broad theoretical knowledge of human resources typically acquired from advanced education or practice
  • Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand. Makes minor adjustments to working methods
  • Explains practices, procedures, and policies to reach agreement with others outside of the job area
  • Provides administrative or technical support at a senior level
  • Proficient in the various competencies relevant to their job
  • Ability to explain facts, policies and practices related to job function
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Keyboarding speed of 40 wpm

The typical base pay range for this role in Carol Stream, IL, is USD $46,000 - $59,800 - $73,600 per year.  

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
