This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire, Hourly position with starting pay rate of $20.00 - $20.50/hour includes opportunity for Overtime + BONUS. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 1st and 2nd shift available (8:00am or 12:00pm start time).
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $20.50/hour

Your role: 

• Transfer goods and materials from incoming and outbound shipments via a Dock Stocker and Electric Pallet Jack. 
• Operates gas or electric powered forklift truck to move, stack, load or unload materials, parts, finished goods etc.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Proceeds to the loading and unloading of transport vehicles to and from the warehouse. 
• Perform safety checks on lifts.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report any discrepancies.
• Will require completion of certification to operate equipment. *Training available!

• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
• May be informal team leader.

Required skills:

• Two year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 year experience in functional area.
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years functional experience, preferably at a senior level.
• Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.

The typical base pay range for this role in Carol Stream, Illinois is USD $18.51 - $23.13 - $27.79 per hour. 

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
