Work closely with sales team to achieve company sales target.
Assist sales team on handling all administrative jobs / other ad-hoc tasks
Handle customers’ inquiry through mail & phone (e.g. preparing quotation and proforma invoice, tracking delivery schedule, handling order cancellation etc.)
Responsible for handling customer PO and monitoring order status (e.g. order entry, payment collection, delivery arrangement, sales and credit release, etc.)
