The position is a hybrid role based in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity to work a few days remote per week.

 

Your role:

 

  • In collaboration with assigned business executives and their management teams, this position provides HR expertise and consulting to teams applicable to building organizational capability and workforce engagement strategies.
  • The focus is to achieve current and future business objectives through the development and implementation of creative yet pragmatic human resource strategy, policies, and practices.

What you bring to the role:

 

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience required in HR management, consulting, business, or project management.
  • Six to eight years of strong professional, progressive experience is required. It is desired that a minimum of five of these years be spent working in a large corporate environment.
  • PHR/SPHR professional certification preferred.

 

Position may require occasional travel.

The typical base pay range for this role in Irvine, California is USD low $98,000.00 – mid $132,300.00 – max $166,600.00 per year. 

 

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay in Irvine, California; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
