Your role:

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, user needs, and design goals.
Conduct user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to gain insights and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs to communicate and validate design concepts.
Apply user-centered design principles to develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet user needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with development teams throughout the design and implementation process to ensure design intent is realized.
Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, and incorporate them into design solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track design metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of design initiatives.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a design-driven culture within the organization.

Requirements:

Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).

Minimum 3 years functional experience including a minimum of 2 years position specific experience.
