Job Summary:
The Apple Technical Pre-Sales Specialist plays a vital role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to customers and the sales team. They are responsible for understanding customer requirements, identifying appropriate Apple products and solutions, and effectively articulating their benefits to customers. This role requires a deep understanding of Apple technologies, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers: Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer needs and objectives. Conduct thorough discovery sessions to gather technical requirements. Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional pre-sales support.
Provide technical expertise: Demonstrate expert knowledge of Apple products, solutions, and services. Assess customer environments and recommend appropriate Apple solutions. Advise customers on integration, implementation, and customization options. Address technical queries, concerns, and objections raised by customers.
Solution design and presentations: Develop customized solutions that meet customer requirements. Create compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value of Apple products. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers. Collaborate with the sales team to create accurate and detailed quotes.
Product and market knowledge: Stay updated on Apple products, features, and industry trends. Continuously develop expertise in Apple technologies and solutions. Conduct competitive analysis to identify Apple's unique selling points. Share knowledge with the sales team and provide training sessions when needed.
Collaboration and support: Work closely with sales representatives, account managers, and technical teams. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events as a technical expert.
Experience in Presales and Service Consulting of Apple Enterprise Solutions and Adobe Applications.
