 Import and Export Coordinator

By applying for the Import and Export coordinator vacancy, you will be handling a role that is a combination of company procedures, business activities and strategic logistics implementations within company goals and objectives. The you will be expected to be working closely cross functionally with other departmental peers to collaborate on logistics plans and company objectives.
 
What are you going to do?
  • You will be handling the communication with stakeholders such as vendors, suppliers, couriers, and freight forwarders.
  • You will be the focal point of communication between the logistics department and internal customers such as product managers, purchasing department and finance team.
  • You will be responsible of the daily logistics reports (pending delivery, pending GRN, shipment status, and service providers SOA)
  • You will be dealing with the finance team for the end-to-end GRNs.
  • You will be handling the international trade and follow up Shipments delivery according to the Trade term/ Incoterms.
  • You will be responsible for the following up on the shipments from origin to the shipment delivery (end-to-end process)
  • You will carry out other logistics functions as per management requirements including but not limited to Safety & Security compliance & activities.
 
Which Talent do you bring?
  • You have 1-3 years’ experience in the logistics and warehouse operations.
  • You have a bachelor's degree of logistics, business, or related study.
  • Excellent to fluent English skills
  • You have a pro-active approach to daily responsibilities.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You have good computer skills.
