Partner Development Manager

As a recruit PDM, you will be responsible for reaching out and engaging with accounts not transacting with us currently. Leveraging, our go-to-market strategy and value proposition, you will add value and become a trusted advisor within your target account base. This is a role where you will develop a strong understanding of the full range of products and services offered by Ingram Micro Cloud division within the portfolio to enable you to provide best-in-class service and support pre and post-sales. 

 

B2B or B2C sales experience within the IT Channel is essential, as well as Microsoft Fundamentals Certifications. You will a self-motivated and organised professional skilled at managing partner relationships, pipeline and partner plans efficiently. 

 

You will have the below skills and experience: 

 

  • Strong sales & Account Management experience 
  • Strong team player 
  • Knowledge and a passion for technology products and services is essential 
  • Ability to maintain and manage a pipeline of deals and opportunities 
  • Experience of working within a face paced environment whilst using initiatives and ideas to contribute to the growth of the business unit. 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences and drive mindshare of Ingram’s goals and objectives 
  • Demonstrates the ability to work in structured, methodical way. 
  • Extensive Industry experience with a strong network 
  • Flexible, able to respond to customer and vendor needs at short notice 
  • Ability to professionally conduct meetings and discussions
