About the Role:

We are currently seeking an Adobe Renewals Specialist (for 6 months Mat Leave contract)  who will be responsible for supporting our sales activity within our Adobe business.

You will be based in our Rosebery location working closely with our Adobe Business Manager.

This role will be focused 

the Adobe renewals specialist role is critical in ensuring the retention of the Adobe book of business each quarter. Working closely with the Vendor Business Manager, the Vendor and CSMs, the renewals specialist is responsible for ensuring all renewals not completed automatically are followed up to work with the partner to secure the renewals. This role requires discipline execution, administrative organization skills and strong customer service skills.

With this information, your goal is to empower your reseller client base and enhance their offering of products to their clients by pairing our product range to their market needs.

Key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:

·   

  • Handover of pending renewals from Adobe licensing team each week to include in the pool of renewals to complete
  • Track progress against all renewals sighting status, derailment factors and any pertinent information for the Adobe team to know
  • Leverage the wider Ingram cloud team to close key renewals or for assistance where stuck with partner engagement
  • Leverage the wider team -namely customer success to drive upsell within the renewal process.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer renewal enquiries and provide quotations as required.
  • Promote the cloud marketplace to partners as a path for renewal
  • Management of Adobe inbox
  • Weekly reporting to vendor on progress of renewals.

 

In order to be successful, you will have:



  • Degree qualified & looking to commence your career in IT
  • An interest in IT, ideally in Software/Cloud space
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High level communication skills, both written and verbal.
