Description Join our team as a Licensing Specialist with German

•Manage the incoming queue of orders from the business country
•In case of unclear orders, align with the customer or the sales rep of the customer
•Address customer inquiries related to open orders (ETAs, order status updates, product information, pricing, etc)
• Conducts basic to complex level of research aimed at resolving problems
• Answers customer inquiries via e-mail or phone call to fulfill requests for information and resolution of basic/standard issues or sales inputs •
Perform outbound calls in order to follow-up on questions or concerns.
• Very good German (B2) • Working with data• University degree is considered an advantage• Work experience in the field of customer support or data entry is an advantage
