Cyber-Security Team Lead Job Description

 

Primary Role

Will perform as L3 level expert and Team Leader in the areas of Cyber-Security practices and controls in the following role

-          As a Consultant with Sales and Pre-Sales team during Sales cycle with prospective clients

-          As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted advisor for Client during Pre- and Post-Sales phases

-          As an SME mentor and coach for Ingram Security Pre Sales team during the Pre Sales as well as project implementation guiding them on implementation best practices as per Solution

-          Work with Partner eco system to create the best-fit optimized and winning solution for Customer and Ingram

 

Primary KRA

This is not a Sales (hunting role) but the role needs solid contribution once the Opportunity is identified till closure and implementation hence the KRAs are

-          Developing and closing the identified opportunities by positioning the best-fit solution

-          % of identified and qualified opportunities converted to win

-          On-time implementation through team with minimal or no escalation in scope and cost

-          Customer satisfaction and repeat business

-          Completing all required Training and Certifications in time

-          Completing all PoC and Demo requests in time for End Customers or Partners

Candidate should have the following Soft Skills

-          Excellent written and oral skills

-          Excellent articulation skills

-          Ability to create solution with minimal information available with assumptions and best practices

-          Client facing and Client management capabilities

-          Ability to guide team and provide leadership

-          Manage a direct / indirect team up to 10 people

-          Ability to work under tight schedules and deadlines

-          Work cohesively with larger team and partners
