  • Build and maintain good relationships with existing vendors & customers
  • Coach and motivate the team to achieve company sales target and provide high quality customer service.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects
  • Follow up complaint cases
  • Provide training to new associates
  • Follow up on relevant administrative and renewal tasks if necessary
  • Work closely with sales manager to ensure smooth operations
  • Review and improve the workflows
  • Flexible and able to perform multi-tasks under challenging environment
  • At least 3 years of experience as relevant experience
  • Experience leading a small team is a plus
  • F. 7 and above education background
  • With strong competency as listed above
  • Immediate available is preferred
