Job Summary:

As our Senior Applications Developer, you’ll be supporting our Mobility team in the Reverse Logistics and Repairs division through a time of unprecedented growth. Our business is changing as we work to revolutionize the way the industry manages reverse logistics for our customers. We are dedicated to innovation, automation and advanced technology to go where none in the industry have before. We’re looking for candidates who want to revolutionize our business with us.

This role is responsible for designing and solving complex technical issues related to the resolution of business problems and opportunities. In this vital, hands-on role, you will develop, implement, and maintain major and/or mission critical applications. You’ll also be relied upon to evaluate, recommend and implement new technology to keep Ingram Micro at the forefront of innovation in reverse logistics.

The ideal candidate will be as eager as we are to innovate and exceed demands, will be dedicated to meeting commitments, and will be committed to delivering value to application solutions and customer/user requests. Experience in designing and developing complex software applications and a strong background in Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, T-SQL etc. are required.


  • Works with business/operations team and/or business analysts to understand requirements and how they affect the system
  • Create technical design/solution to match the requirements
  • Write stored procedures in Oracle and/or SQL Server
  • Review code and ensure coding standards are met
  • Work with other development teams for application integration
  • Work with other development teams across the globe and align development tasks with them
  • Provide status in a timely manner and stay on top of all assigned tasks
  • Understand and implement best practices


  • Bachelors Degree in IS related field or equivalent job experience.


  • 2+ of experience and strong skills in Oracle and/or SQL server including writing of stored procedures.
  • 2+ years of experience with XML, calling Restful APIs and JSON.
  • 2+ years of experience in LINUX/UNIX including vi and scripting.


  • Experience working with onsite teams.
  • Ability to build wireframes, prototypes or mockups.
  • Above average communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter that is capable of reviewing code and database structure to understand systems functionalities and capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Write code in .Net platform primarily using C#, ASP.Net, Angular JS etc. a huge plus.
  • Ability to document detailed technical specifications and formal knowledge of several design artifacts such as class diagrams a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodology a plus.
  • Familiarity with Azure or AWS a plus.
