Ingram Micro is seeking a Manager, Education Services focused on activating the hyper-growth of our infinite ecosystem of SaaS and IaaS solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing the education services consumed by internal and external customers of CloudBlue.  You are part educator & part mentor with a passion for the cloud revolution, tasked with developing the team, our approach to delivering education to our customers to drive the successful adoption and management of our platform solutions.  You’ll collaborate with the Product Management, Support, and Sales teams to help them drive awareness, interest and adoption and help educate partners on the pathway to success in the digital economy. You must be a customer-first thinker, articulate in your written and verbal communication, and a resourceful self-starter ready to make an impact.

  • Manage, coach, assess the development of education team members and to coordinate their work.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs, identify problems, suggest solutions, and to implement the necessary changes.
  • Manage the global education & training program to drive desired knowledge to drive customer success.
  • Create and deliver targeted education and training materials that support our company/product strategies, but also solves the support needs of our customers.
  • Implement and maintain program metrics to evaluate effectiveness of programs and initiatives, making recommendations where improvements can be made.
  • Develop an effective gamification & micro-learning strategy to inspire the adoption of education as an on-going activity vs. a single transaction.


  • Bachelor’s degree, BS is preferred.
  • 7+ years of successful Learning and Development Experience, including program strategy development and delivery.
  • 3+ years of proven success managing and delivering technical learning programs.
  • Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across diverse backgrounds.
  • Passionate advocate for education and customer needs/opportunities.
  • Continuously learning and adapting approach to maximize results.
  • Self-motivated, well organized, and the ability to set own direction.
  • Inquisitive about the market and emerging trends.
  • Listens to and acts on feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to perfectly write and verbally communicate in English, with Spanish & Russian being a plus.


Success measures 

  • Meeting customer training and revenue targets.
  • Driving volume of education services through multiple sales channels.
  • Measuring ROI on Education programs delivered
