This Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing the company’s corporate and bank guarantees portfolio including new requests, renewals, amendments, cancelations and coordination with country CFOs as well as creating robust reporting of guarantees for reporting to management, board, accounting and audit teams. Additionally, senior treasury analyst will be responsible for maintaining and updating the free cash flow, WACC, net interest expense and other related financial models in collaboration with Director of Treasury, FP&A and Accounting. Assist with treasury related due diligence and integration for ongoing M&A transactions. Assist with managing the company’s debt and factoring facilities worldwide. He/she will also assist with ongoing treasury reporting, including the preparation of schedules for 10K and 10Q financial disclosures.


  • Responsible for maintaining and updating free cash flow, WACC, net interest expense models and creating related reporting for senior management as needed
  • Assist in the assessment, negotiation and administration of debt and factoring facilities
  • Provide analytical support on special projects
  • Review regional and local subsidiary submissions of treasury reports. Consolidate reports for management.
  • Prepare schedules for quarterly 10K and 10Q disclosures.
  • Monitor and report on adherence to treasury policies and procedures.
  • Manage and have primary responsibility for company’s corporate and bank guarantee portfolio including liaising with country CFOs to obtain required information to assess and seek approval of guaranty requests, managing document retention and guarantee approval process, creating reporting / dashboard for senior management, board meetings, accounting and audit
  • Assist with due diligence and integration efforts of any ongoing M&A transactions


  • Bachelors degree in finance
  • CTP, CFA preferred
  • The candidate should have a minimum 4-7 years of corporate treasury or corporate finance experience 
  • Possesses good understanding of corporate finance concepts
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
